This policy describes how "UAENA" ("https://test.uaena.info") (hereinafter "the operator") uses the data collected during your forum visit.
Scope and type of data storage

Your data is collected in four different ways:

1. The forum software creates several cookies when you visit the board. Cookies are small text files that your browser stores as temporary files and that are retained between each visit to the board. These cookies store your current session ID (so that all page views can be assigned to you), information about the posts you have read (to mark them as read/unread; if you are not logged in), and information about your participation in surveys (if you are not logged in). Your user ID, an authentication key, and a session ID are also stored. By default, cookies are valid for one year. You can delete all cookies at any time using the "Delete all cookies" function.
2. Furthermore, the data you provide during registration, in your profile, or in your personal area will be saved. Registration requires at least a unique username, an email address, and a password. If the operator has specified additional data as necessary, this will be visible to you before you enter it.
3. If you create a post or a private message, the data entered there will also be saved. The same applies if you save a post as a draft. In these cases, your IP address will also be saved. The IP address will also be saved for the following actions: deleting and editing posts (including private messages and surveys), changes to central profile data (email address, account activation, user password), and failed login attempts. The browser identifier (user agent) transmitted by your browser is only displayed in the "Who's online?" function and is not permanently stored.
4. Finally, individual functions of the board require that additional data be saved. This includes your voting behavior in polls, the read status of your posts, or bookmarks or notification functions you have explicitly set.
   Your password is stored with a one-way encryption (hash) to ensure it is secure. However, you are advised not to use this password on multiple websites. The password is your key to your user account on the board, so please handle it carefully. In particular, no representative of the operator or third party will legitimately ask you for your password. If you have forgotten your password, you can use the "I forgot my password" function. The software will then ask you for your username and email address and then send a newly generated password to this address, which you can then use to access the board.
   
   Permission to Store Data
   
   You authorize the operator to store the data you have entered and specified above in order to operate and provide the board.
   
   In addition, the operator is entitled, within the scope of a balancing of your interests with its own and third-party interests, to store the times of access and actions along with your IP address and the browser ID transmitted by your browser, provided this is necessary to avert danger or for legal traceability.
   
   Regulations Regarding the Sharing of Your Data
   
   The purpose of a board is to enable exchange with other people. You are therefore aware that the data in your profile and the posts you create may be publicly accessible on the Internet. However, the operator can specify that certain information is only accessible to a limited group of users (e.g., other registered users, administrators, etc.). If you have any questions about this, search for relevant information in the forum or contact the operator. However, the email address from your profile is only accessible to the operator and persons authorized by them (administrators).
   
   The operator will only share data other than that listed above with third parties with your consent. This does not apply if the operator is legally obligated to share the data (e.g., to law enforcement authorities) or if the data is required to enforce legal interests.
   
   Permission to Contact
   
   You also grant the operator permission to contact you using the contact details you provided, provided this is necessary to transmit key information about the board. Furthermore, the operator and other users may contact you if you have authorized this in your personal area.
   
   Scope of this Policy
   
   This policy only covers the pages that contain the software. If the operator processes additional personal data in other areas of its software, it will inform you separately.
   
   Right to Information
   
   The operator will provide you with information about which data is stored about you upon request.
   
   You can request the deletion or blocking of your data at any time. Please contact the operator for this.
